I’ve been getting deep tissue massage for over five years. It has helped relieve chronic muscle tension, improve flexibility, and support my overall well-being. The place is clean , they are respectful and service is appropriate. They operate with professionalism and are accommodating. Better than other massage centers. I leave feeling better and consider the money well spent. Highly recommend.

Have been getting Reflexology/Shiatsu massages for 20 years every where from Santa Cruz to London to Burbank and Rancho Mirage, I'm not a novice. Arrived 10 minutes before scheduled appointment to honor being punctual, was told to come back, I said I'll wait. Told appointment was ready at 3pm. Changed and layed down, nobody until 3:15. Masseuse started at 3:20 then I noticed everything was definitely NOT right, absolutely not the usually process. I tell her, she stops, the male reception guy come in and tells me it's going to be $10.00 more, I'm like "OK". I'm sore and need my body restoration. The girl definitely doesn't know what she's doing. You can fake this type of thing with someone whose literally had hundreds of this type of massage. I tell her ok $70 but you started at 3:20. I get a funny face for calling them on this time issue. 4:20 Done. I go out to pay. Give him $60 cash It's $70 he says. "I know, and now I'm late for my next appointment. I'll put the rest on my card." He tells me there's a 3 dollar fee for paying with my debit card. Do I want to leave a tip? I tell him I won't be coming back. Why? Because they disrespected my time, didn't provide me a relaxing massage experience and were basically disrespectful regarding money with upsale attitude. He doesn't seem to care, no response, no apologies, nothing. Quality here has crashed. I paid more, got less, and was late even though I came there early. D- service and attitude.

Sooo glad I stopped here!! My son and I got the 90 min massages and they were incredible, especially after skiing 3 days in a row. I would highly recommend!!
