Massage was wonderful and I felt amazing. Was ready to make this my new massage place because she did such a great job, but then at the end when I was leaving a $25 tip, I was made to feel like that wasn't enough and she wanted $50. That made me feel really awkward and I left feeling upset. It sucks to enjoy something so much and feel so great and be ready to go monthly but that killed the whole experience for me. You guys lost a long term client. 😮‍💨

This morning I had one of the best massages of my life to date. Everything flowed smoothly, the pressure was perfect, the massage itself was amazing, the massage therapist was awesome (Iris) The salon is clean and tidy, and they offer add-on services to enhance your experience if you’d like. I tried cupping for the first time and will be making that a regular practice. Thank you!

You want an excellent massage at an excellent price by superb friendly people, you ask for Mary or Iris and your body will leave happy. My wife makes me appointments here for my chronic pains d sometimes we do couples massages here as well. All staff here are absolutely lovely and will take care of you.

I highly recommend Indulge Massage & Reflexology. Angela was fantastic - I was in need of some deep tissue massage for my tight calf muscles (related to many years of long-distance running). She accommodated my request, by applying very intense, deep pressure, with the use of her elbows, fists, & knees, and she even used her feet to partially step on my calves, for extra pressure - which felt great. It was just what I needed. You may not need the kind of pressure that I did, which is fine, because Angela listens very well, and she tailors her treatments and pressure intensities based on what clients ask for/specify. I also had an amazing "cupping" session. This is a traditional Chinese medicine treatment that entails the use of heated glass cups, which are placed on the skin and cause a vacuum effect, resulting in relief of stress, and improvement of circulation & detoxification. Angela did a great job with this, as well, and the cupping relieved tons of muscular tension from my shoulders, traps, and upper & lower back, as well as the backs of my legs and calves. I was very impressed by and grateful for my therapy session at Indulge Massage and Reflexology.

I want to start this by saying that this was my third massage here and the first two times I had massages here were very good. But there were too many issues with this visit and I hope the owners can at least learn from this feedback. I booked the night before and paid in advance online. I came in for my appointment about 5 minutes early and was told by the person greeting me that I didn't have an appointment. After some confusion, I realized that she does not speak fluent English and I was understanding, and she asked her boss who said "go ahead." I had booked a two hour massage. After the confusion, they led me to the dinkiest room in the place and the masseuse told me to get undressed and onto the table. I was there for a few minutes when she came back in and for several minutes had to futz around around because there was no clock, no music, and a lot of other issues. She left to grab a clock and music and then spent quite some time getting that set up. All in all, my massage started about 15 minutes late. I noticed several things over the course of the massage. First, there was a lot of noise from the hallway and the masseuse left the room multiple times for several minutes to grab things. I have never had a masseuse leave the room more than once, let alone multiple times. She kept the door open every time she left, leaving me feeling like a slab of meat on display. Then I realized that the door doesn't actually shut, which was made clear when a colleague knocked and entered mid massage, and then my masseuse just started talking to her like it was no big deal. All in all, my massage was closer to an hour and fifteen minutes with the delayed start and constant leaving and interruptions. The massage was fine, but sloppy. She threw blankets over me willy nilly with no regard for integrity or privacy. I was left exposed multiple times with the door open while she left multiple times to grab things. The music stopped about 20 minutes in and she didn't bother to change it, so it was silent for the rest of the massage, but her phone was in the room so I heard constant notification chimes. Not relaxing or therapeutic. She finished on the dot, but that means I was 15 minutes shy of what I paid for, not including the time she left the room. When I went out, she was standing by her boss who finalized the transaction. She was silent until the boss asked about tip. I offered $25 (18%), which was generous considering my experience, and my masseuse immediately began talking to her boss in another language. I obviously don't know what was said, but it's hard not to assume she was saying something about me that wasn't kind. Even if she weren't, it's unprofessional and rude to converse in a different language at that particular time and under that circumstance. I left with a bad taste in my mouth, considering I spent $167. I was very excited to find a place that was walking distance from my house and easy to book, and I reiterate that my first two appointments were good, but I hope that this is a learning experience for them, because it makes me not want to come back.
