I went to this shop with a dip on and i wanted have it soaked off and redone. The nail tech took over an hour to do a pedicure and soak off. The pedicure was ok, but I paid extra for a mask thinking I would get a massage and an exfoliation of my feet. The young lady barely used the pumice stone and did not know how to properly massage. I was then handed to another lady to do my nails who talked me into a gel instead of the dip. She did not use cuticle oil or push my cuticles back at all. I was very disappointed in my experience as I am from another state and I’m looking for a shop I can go to on the regular. The services were not worth the cost. The techs were very nice but not talented from my experience. I will keep searching. The pictures are after only two days.

I’ve been a loyal client here for years and went consistently every few weeks for about five months this year. I trusted the pricing because I had a regular nail tech and genuinely thought we had a friendly, honest relationship. After reviewing my charges more closely, I realized I was billed well over $100 in added fees and surcharges that were never explained to me at the time of service and are not clearly listed on the salon’s website. The totals varied from visit to visit despite me receiving the exact same service every time (round shape, one color). Fees such as reshaping, a “4-week” surcharge for fills, and chrome pricing were added inconsistently and only explained retroactively after I questioned them. What was most concerning is that pricing appeared to be entirely discretionary. Because I paid without questioning the handwritten price slips and tipped consistently, additional charges were added without discussion or confirmation. It became clear that if you don’t ask detailed questions or closely scrutinize your bill, you may be charged more than what’s advertised. I contacted management for clarification. While they were polite and did acknowledge that at least one surcharge wasn’t listed online and offered a small refund, many of the added fees were justified only after the fact rather than disclosed upfront. The experience left me feeling taken advantage of after years of trust. The services themselves were fine, but I strongly recommend getting a full, itemized price quote before your appointment and confirming every add-on in advance. Pricing transparency here is inconsistent, and clients who appear able or willing to pay may not be charged the same as others.

Literally obsessed 😍 Nancy at Nirvana Nail Salon is THAT girl. She took me in last minute and did SUCH an amazing job on my nails. She’s super professional and a true perfectionist — like really cares about nail health and details. She took her time and I never felt rushed (which is rare these days). My nails came out sooo good. I can’t wait to come back for my pedicure. Definitely recommend her! Just a heads up when booking, you would have to call the salon to book with Nancy. 10/10 💅✨

I started seeing Natalee for my manicures and she is fantastic! Her work is always consistent and I feel she always takes her time when doing my nails. When I get cateye it always looks beautiful! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a nail tech!!

I booked two ultimate Nirvana pedi booked online paid the deposit, when I got there added an extra pedi for a man. We were put in chairs quickly, this was our first time there, so we assumed they knew what we where there for, they never asked what kind of pedi we were getting. The techs started immediately, it felt rushed but I figured it was part of the process, the classic pedi my friend got was more in depth then the ultimate, I had to look on the website and saw we never got the hot stones, the sugar scrub lemongrass nothing, then when we went downstairs to talk to the check out guy the two techs lied and said they asked us what pedi we were getting, which was a lie being that they just sat us down and got to work. Me being 8 months pregnant and getting my last pedi for a while right before Christmas and trying to do something I thought was going to be a luxury experience for my family, why would I go out of my way to book online the 2 ultimates pedi, pay the deposit fee show up, just to settle for a basic Pedi. The part of the whole experience that made me made wasn't being rushed during the Pedi, or lack luster effort, it was being called a liar by the two techs ( the Asian young guy with the tattoo on his arm his name is Dave Dang and the young lady with the short curly red hair) her name is Linda Garcia at the end of our service when the front desk guy asked them if they asked us what service we were getting ( which they never did) they claimed they asked us twice, the only thing they asked us was, what color we were getting. And as nail techs wouldn't want to upsell anyway you have a party of three you could have help make your business almost $300 off Pedi alone. It just felt as though they didn't want to do their job and us coming in was an inconvenience to them. 10/10 I do not recommend this place, poor quality service, it looks like a luxury place but will make you feel like you went to the cheapest place in town. There is no point of booking online and paying a deposit, they are going to do whatever they want. And if you're pregnant and doing your last spa treatment definitely don't waste your time here
