Shannon was AMAZING!! I had gotten eyeliner tattooed on in the past and it was severely lacking in every way possible. Shannon not only made me feel comfortable but I had total confidence in her abilities to fix my botched eyeliner. During the entire process there wasn't a single moment when I felt pain or was uncomfortable at all, she constantly checked on me to make sure I was fully numbed and that there was never a problem.
