Prompt, courteous, competent. Laura Hay and her assistants did a wonderful job. Tentative diagnosis basal cell carcinoma. They took a biopsy. Pictures show my nose 40 hours after they took the biopsy.

Everyone is very nice and attentive. I get right into my appt within 5 mins of being there. Dr. Biehle is thorough and you don't feel rushed. Great bedside manner. I definitely feel like I'm in good hands with her.

I really like the efficiency of the front desk people. They're pleasant and have helped me when I was running late on 1 occasion. Dr Chelsea and Lenny are very helpful and have a great bedside manner!! I appreciate them. Truly! I also appreciate the fact that they're always trying g to make me come in when I just have a simple request. 5 stars!!

Great experience from start to finish… check in was easy & quick, appt was efficient- my provider, Laura Biehle has always been very attentive and helpful as are the medical assistants that see you initially. I was able to get recommendations for products that I needed/wanted. Checkout was easy too.
