Older gentleman here and didn't expect Basal Cell Carcinoma! My margins are clear. So looking back upon the whole of the experience, I owe a great debt to Dr Casse' skill and experience. Love this place! The staff are always so so nice and helpful and always make you feel welcome. Dr. Casse is also amazing! She’s extremely knowledgeable and truly listens and cares about whatever concerns you have. I highly recommend this place!

All of the staff are very courteous, knowledgeable, and dialed in to their clients needs! Top notch service for a reasonable cost. Perfect combination!!! One staff member really stuck out to me and that was Simone. She is amazing!!! She is very thorough and takes her job very seriously! If it weren’t for her insistence about something on my arm I would have never known I had skin cancer! Because of her insisting that I have the mole-looking thing shaved off and tested; it was possible to detect cancer in its earliest stage. I’m happy to report I am now cancer-free and VERY GRATEFUL to Ms. Simone! I will be following through with my 6 month full body screens for as long as she deems necessary with a smile on my face! Trust me when I tell you, you won’t find a better dermatologist!!!

I had such a great experience during my facial appointment with Marina! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. Marina was incredibly knowledgeable—she took the time to explain what my skin needed and customized the treatment specifically for me. I left with my skin feeling refreshed, hydrated, and glowing! She answered all my questions and even gave me helpful tips for my at-home routine. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and knows her stuff. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly—highly recommend!

Dr. Casse is a great doctor. She is responsive, cares about her patients and is very knowledgeable. She has helped my son greatly with a condition on his feet that was truly out of control, she did great work on his face to help eliminate acne scars and most recently was very helpful with another area that he wanted help with. The office staff is very professional and though it’s hard to get in, they work diligently to get you in when things change and openings happen. I can’t recommend Reno Tahoe Dermatology enough.
