I had a wonderful experience at this clinic! The receptionist was warm and welcoming, and the entire team made me feel comfortable from the start. Jason Starr was extremely professional and knowledgeable, he took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt at ease during my Botox treatment. gret service, excellent value, and a truly friendly atmosphere. This is definitely my new favorite place, and highly recommend it!

I visited MD Renew today for a facial and had a wonderful experience. Niki was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain the process and made sure I was comfortable. The treatment was relaxing and left my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The facility was clean, calm, and well maintained. I highly recommend MD Renew and Niki to anyone seeking high-quality facial services.

I went to Renew to take advantage of a Botox special they were having, and I’m glad I did. Everyone I met there was very friendly, starting at the front desk. I received a complimentary, and informative, facial scan with Kalah. She was very outgoing and nice. We talked about some different options that could help some problem areas, but there was no pushy sales pitch. Now I can consider my options. Jason did my Botox. He was also friendly and gentle and didn’t try to push anything extra. He listened to what I wanted and went with it. Both Jason and Kalah took the time to talk with me about some other concerns I had that just happened to come up. I really appreciate them doing that when it had nothing to do with what brought me in. I am glad the special brought me to Renew. I will definitely be back.

Such an incredible visit to Renew MD! I had Botox and filler done, and Jason was fantastic. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable. I love my results — subtle, refreshed, and exactly what I wanted. Can’t wait to come back!

I don't know, I'm on the fence on this one. Originally went in in November for a quick touch up of Juvederm on my laugh lines. One syringe was all I needed which I was told would cost $700. Because I had a dental procedure the following day I was advised to wait on the Juvederm, so I rescheduled for December. Went in in December with a budget of $700. I was met by all new staff who had no knowledge of my previous visit. Jason was the one who gave my injections. I showed him where I wanted my Juvederm to be injected and he advised against it, said I would have problems around my mouth which kind of scared me. He said he could do it if I wanted it, but he advised against it again. I was a little confused because I had had Juvederm injected there twice before with absolutely no problems. Instead he suggested filling in my hollowed cheeks with Juvederm which took more than one syringe. While the outcome was ok as far as my hollowed cheeks, I wasn't prepared to spend an extra thousand dollars and had to put it on another credit card. Total cost of the visit was $1700. I'm pretty sure this was an up-sale, and it didnt fix my laugh lines. I'm pretty disappointed because I saved money for months to have the laugh lines taken care of, and they're still there. Bummer.
