I am not someone that ever leaves reviews but I have never quite had an experience like I did here! I am sincerely impressed with their complete transparency and clear communication on every front. Alex seamlessly assisted me in navigating billing, patiently explaining every detail I needed to know in order to move forward. Emily is a truly kind, informative and personable dental hygienist. She made me feel like a real person, which is rarely found nowadays. I am not being hyperbolic in saying that it is one of the most pleasant and professional medical experiences I've ever had in my adult life. Thank you so much Reno Modern Dentistry for being as supportive as you have been. My teeth have never looks and felt better.

My experience here was fantastic and the staff was extremely friendly!!! As a new patient, once you finish your initial exam they are very transparent with the costs of any dental work you may need. I found this to be so refreshing knowing how much I was going to have to pay before any dental work was going to be done. Very professional dental office, I highly recommend this location.

I unfortunately cracked a tooth that had previous fillings, and ended up needing a crown. I called for a same day appointment to which I’m very thankful they got me in. I’m pregnant so radiographs and anesthesia were considerations at the appointment, but under the doctors guidance we determined that it was safe to proceed. I was initially concerned though because while taking radiographs, the assistant (very kind and helpful by the way) took multiple shots but the machine wasn’t connecting so the shots weren’t translating to their software. So instead of taking the two to three she meant to take, about 8-10 were taken. Considering my circumstances I wish that getting it properly connected would’ve been a higher priority. They placed the crown same day, which again I’m grateful for the attempt. But, after the anesthesia was administered I was there close the four hours, so by the time it was almost over it had mostly worn off. I was trying to get through it though so as to not need more. My biggest concern with the visit is that they didn’t finish the crown on that visit. It was too large, my bite was off, and it just wasn’t a good crown per the Doctor. But they didn’t finish it because it was after closing on a Friday, and asked that I come back to do it again. Long story short I came back about a week, the temporary crown they placed felt completely fine but I wanted to get it taken care of. They did it, and now weeks later I’m still having sensitivity and pain after they drilled and prepped the tooth even farther, when this all could have been done on the first go round if it just would have been done correctly. Additionally, a cord thing to stop bleeding was tucked under my gum line and after digging for it for about ten minutes I was released. Five minutes after they left another staff member called me to come back because she thinks she could get it. She did, thankfully. But again, the Doctor released me without taking it out which to me showed wanting to be done and not finishing the patient. It could have caused inflammation, infection, etc if it was left under my gums. I only give this as feedback because I’m in management of a veterinary hospital, and while I know it’s a different industry, I know what proper patient care looks like. To me it wasn’t met here, and if it had been one of my doctors half doing a procedure, having a patient come back unnecessarily, that’s time and resources wasted. Additionally a risk of complications after leaving a foreign object somewhere it shouldn’t be… Everyone was very kind and helpful. I only share this as constructive feedback for the team to look at how they approach patient care. Staying late stinks, but so does putting me in an appoint slot for another day that could have been taken by another paying patient.

Today was my first time going into that dentist office and I must say everything was top notch. From the time I entered to the time I left the office Everyone was helpful and understanding. I had an emergency procedure done. And they all took their time in their duties to help me get through it. I appreciate all the ladies there today. When you can go to a place where people can make you feel comfortable, it makes it alot easier to return. Already got an appointment set up for my next visit. 😊 Mahalo and thank you again.

I don't think I have ever been to a dentist office before where every single employee (front desk, billing, dental assistants, hygienists, dentist, and endodontist) are ALL so friendly and kind. My initial appointment, cleaning, root canal, and filling were all completely quick and painless- I would go as far as to say that my time spent in their office was fun! Yes- going to the dentist can be a fun time. 10/10 absolutely recommend.
