We are beyond grateful to have found Dr. Lim! He was willing and able to offer age and ability appropriate solutions to our 94 yo nearly blind, very immobile, Mom. Dispite infirmities, appearance still matters tremendously to her. Dr. Lim didn't try to fit her in a cookie cutter option. He is able to think analytically and provided immediate compassionate care. Our whole family will be seeing Dr. Lim for our care. You should too.

I’ve been a satisfied client of Gentle Dental Reno Northwest for 4 years. Dr Lin and his staff are always professional, efficient and thorough. All treatment plans and services are discussed with me ahead of time - so, no surprise bills. And, I know they value my time because I’m always seen at the scheduled appointment time or early.

This is by far THE best dental practice I have ever worked with, from front desk to the dentist himself, and every person in between. Everyone is friendly, professional, helpful, and very good at what they do. We came here after our old dentist stopped taking our insurance. My wife and I both got next-day appointments for new patient visits, and they then got us in immediately for cleanings and even the one filling I needed. It was amazing, efficient, painless, and watching the staff work on me for three different appointments (one an unplanned filling) in one two-hour slot was like watching a perfectly choreographed and thoroughly rehearsed danse. I have never seen anything like it. Everyone not only works perfectly together as a team, they seem to actually like each other, which creates a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Dr. Lin is amazing. He explains everything, he is friendly and personable, and his work is flawless. I did not even feel the injection. Jenny’s cleaning was the gentlest I have had in 20 years. Paulina was the best x-ray technician I have ever had. Check-in and check-out were fast, easy, and even enjoyable, because the front desk staff is so good. In short, if you want a friendly, highly competent, and convenient dental practice in NW Reno, I can’t think of a better place. You will be working with the very best people start to finish.

My experience with Gentle dental has been most definitely uneventful. After 8 months , still dont have my dentures i have already paid for. Ive had to pay for more surgery out of my own pocket and still no dentures. Now a year has past,I'm not one bit closer to having teeth. Out at least 5 grand with insurance and out of pocket. This is the worst medical treatment I've ever been through and I've been through several. I only thing I can do is contact the state of Nevada and see what they can do about this matter. They need to be held responsible .They dont seem to be at all interested in making matters any better. I will be moving onto the next step of letting the state of Nevada or BBB aware of this business. Wasted thousands on absolutely nothing.
