Stephanie H. compliments Dr. Miller with explaining next steps and she's the best with X-rays - painless experience. The whole office is welcoming. Stephanie A. is friendly and helpful. It is easy to schedule an appointment that meets my needs. I am happy to continue my dental care here after my new patient visit.

Today I got my x-rays and cleaning done for the first time in a while and it went great! Andrea was so sweet and gentle. Alexis was awesome and great to get a cleaning from! Definitely will be back.🫶🏽

Northwest Reno Smiles Dental Group is an excellent dental office. Dr. Miller is the best dentist that I have ever had. He is super nice and explains everything that he is doing. I would highly recommend him. Glad that I found him. The assistant I had today, Lovelyn was also very good. Everyone in the office are very friendly.

I had a wonderful experience at my dental appointment. Everyone who assisted me was very courteous, professional, and cared about my comfort. Kirstin assisted with x-rays and did an excellent job. I especially appreciated both Dr. Shah and dental assistant Diana who made sure I was very comfortable throughout the ehole procedure, and helped with fixing up my back molar tooth that came off. The both did a professional and excellent job!

I had so much confidence in Joan, the hygienist, with her knowledge and years of experience. She explained my mouth problems very clearly and discussed thoroughly what I needed to do at home. She’s also an engaging and personable professional, especially with someone like me who is nervous at the dentist’s office. Her assistant, Cassie, mirrored Joan’s approach, making sure I understood everything and that she left no questions unanswered. They make an excellent team!
