I’m very grateful for the care I received at Reno Smiles Dentistry. I’ve been a patient for almost 10 years, and they have consistently provided excellent service. Dr. Park did a fantastic job and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Lupe, the medical assistant, was so friendly and helpful, and everyone in the office treated me with kindness and respect. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. Thank you all! 😊

My first time visit with Reno Smiles Dentistry and it was a great experience. A little nervous because finding a new dentist can be difficult and I've had some bad experiences but this was five star. Natalie was great ! friendly and helpful the whole time as was the whole staff and I appreciate explaining the procedures to me that need to be done and showing me the price and out-of-pocket cost . That is important to patients . Dr George was top-notch I highly recommend him. I'm going to become a regular patient now

Reno Smiles is amazing. The entire staff is extremely friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk in. Both the ladies at the front and the doctors themselves are professional, kind, and genuinely care about their patients. They are always very on time and organized, which I really appreciate. The doctors take their time to explain everything clearly and are very helpful when it comes to answering any questions or concerns. I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. I had multiple things done during my visit, and the entire team was incredibly patient and kind. I needed breaks throughout the appointment, and they were more than happy to accommodate—always checking on me and offering water to make sure I was comfortable. I saw Dr. Parks and his dental assistant Lupe, and they were both extremely professional, caring, and attentive. I was having trouble with one of the dental tools, and instead of rushing, they took the time to adjust it multiple times until I was comfortable. That level of care made a huge difference for me. My dental hygienist, Dr. Ramos, was wonderful as well. She was very gentle and professional, took the time to learn about my oral care routine, and gave thoughtful recommendations tailored to me. She even wished me a happy belated birthday, which was such a kind, personal touch. I normally hate going to the dentist and have a lot of dental anxiety, but this office truly made me feel seen, heard, and very well taken care of. They walked me through every step of the process and made sure I felt supported the entire time. I also want to recognize the front office staff—Diana, Chelsea, and Brandon—who are amazing. They consistently helped me understand the insurance side of things, clearly explained my options, and have even helped me reschedule appointments on short notice so we could wait and see what insurance would cover. Their transparency and willingness to help took so much stress out of the experience. Highly recommend coming here, especially if you struggle with dental anxiety. This team genuinely cares, and it shows.

I’ve always had dental anxiety after a serious amount of medical neglect as a child. My dental journey has definitely the most difficult part of my healing. Everyone at Reno Smiles has made me feel cared for in a gentle & non judgmental way. Especially Dr Ki Park who has been a great dentist allowing me to feel comfortable returning for the help I need.
