Absolutely wonderful dentist. No judgment whatsoever of my teeth, and they were more than happy to listen to all the previous dental work I received. Scheduling my follow up appointments was quick, and the front desk staff who helped us get appointments done and paid for was amazing. No worries at all about insurance, and they are very attentive to your needs regarding insurance and payment options. The care I received on my 1/8/2026 visit was the first time I felt comfortable, respected, and welcomed at a dentist. I will be making this my new dentist, 10/10!!!

I wanted to share how happy I am with our new dentist. He is friendly, kind, and truly cares about his patients. Despite being young, he is very knowledgeable and clearly passionate about building a great practice. He always makes me feel welcome and comfortable, and I'm so grateful he is now our dentist at Double Diamond. Thank you for providing such excellent care!

I don’t know if I just went on an off day because the other reviews for this dental office are pretty positive. But for me, this is not only the worse dental care experience of my entire life. But also the worse medical experience of my life. As a backstory, I haven’t been to a dentist in 5 years. And I only scheduled an appointment last minute because I started having severe jaw/mouth pain due to impacted/infected wisdom teeth. Other than my wisdom teeth, my teeth are in perfect condition. I keep them very clean with at home care, and I do not have any cavities. So until my problems started with my wisdom teeth, I had no need to see a dentist. To start, Fatima (the dental hygienist) acted anxious the whole time she did my x rays. I hate getting dental x rays, it gives me a bad gag reflux. She seemed grossed out by that. She also keep running out of the room to ask the doctor questions. X rays took over 30 minutes. She forgot to put the protective x ray cover on me during the last (and longest) set of x rays. It was obvious to me she was new or something. She didn’t know what she was doing. Nice enough lady, but if she’s really so uncomfortable with x rays. Dr. Fang should’ve helped her. And even Dr. Fang came in and saw I didn’t have the protective cover on, but he didn’t care and didn’t say a thing. Dr. Fang seemed like a nice guy at first. He listened to my problems, but he didn’t want to explain to me what exactly my x rays showed. He was very dismissive and rushed, and just said “I’ll give you a prescription for amoxicillin and a referral to an oral surgeon”. I will say, he was a friendly doctor but I feel like he didn’t care to spend more time explaining my condition. I would’ve loved to know if my wisdom teeth are impacted, infected, etc. and know why he was prescribing antibiotics to fix the problem until surgery. Maybe I should’ve asked more questions, but I was already anxious by the level of incompetence already presented to me at this clinic. Not only this, Dr. Fang FORGOT to give the receptionist my prescription for amoxicillin. I was so caught up in the thought of scheduling my surgery that I completely forgot he prescribed them during my appointment. My fiancée and I got halfway down the street, then circled back to go pick up my prescription. When we came back, the staff + receptionist were all in the back chatting. The receptionist keep us waiting for 5 minutes. She came back, we told her about my prescription. Then Dr. Fang handed her a paper, she handed it to us to go give it to the pharmacy. Usually, whenever I’m prescribed something my doctors always ALWAYS call my pharmacy to get the prescription ready. But they just handed me a random paper and expected us to figure it out. So we went to CVS and after waiting 30 mins for my prescription, my fiancée and I were told “this is someone else’s prescription” Dr. Fang gave the receptionist SOMEONE ELSE’S PRESCRIPTION!!!!! When I saw that, I got a feeling in my gut, a sign from God that I am NOT LETTING THIS CLINIC PERFORM SURGERY ON ME OR PUT ME UNDER SEDATION!!!! The receptionist also couldn’t tell me if my surgery would be performed the same day as my consultation with the surgeon or a different day. Which is dumb because when I have surgery, I need to know when I can request time off of work to recover. And I need to know when my fiancée can request the day off to give me a ride home from surgery. I guess absolute dental forgets other people have jobs and schedules to work around too. This dental office is a joke. Incompetent staff and malpractice. I will be canceling all my appointments with this clinic now that I know how incompetent they actually are. I’d advise everyone to steer clear of this circus disguised as a dental office! If they can’t figure out how to do x rays, how will they figure out how to do surgery?

I was skeptical with the big name but the moment I walked in I was immediately put at ease with the comfortable setting of the waiting room. Pretty sure I've never seen more comfortable furniture in a dentist office before. They sent me the new patient documentation to complete before I arrived for my 8am appt. They called me back at 7:50, amazing. As a new patient, the process of X-rays and dental exam took less than 30 minutes. I also requested a cleaning that was not scheduled as part of the appointment and they made the accomodations with ease. Katie was very thorough and explained everything as she went to set mind at ease. Amazing hygienist and highly recommend her. I'm a life long dentist proponent and I can't say enough about the staff from the dentist all the way to the front desk. 10 out of 10.
