Dr. Teeth - Dr. Alison Defilippi

A refreshing and needed change from my previous dentist just across the other side of Lakeside (rhymes with ferret). Dr. Alison, thankfully, was able to catch a second molar failing, that is the mirror tooth of an emergency root canal attempt last year, but the tooth was too compromised, as is this second molar. The 6 years of missing the decay by my previous dentist, secured the demise of this second tooth. Alison was thorough, finding the issue and detailing my options. She gained my respect instantly when she agreed extracting it was the best bet overall. I'm relieved, and definitely thankful to find this level of professional competence. Praise to the front office, Allison's assistant, and a terrific hygienist. Thank you!!!

Dr Alison Defilippi and her entire staff are truly the BEST dental care providers I have had here in Reno. They are the consummate professionals. Dr Defilippi is extremely knowledgeable, provides clear easy-to-understand explanations of one's dental situation and treatment options. She is a wonderful integration of expertise, kindness, warmth, and compassion. Her dental hygienists are simply the best! They also demonstrate these wonderful virtues and are gentle in their work and sensitive to patient's individual needs. The front desk staff is fantastic: also very professional, friendly, highly efficient, lightening-fast in accomplishing tasks and making referrals happen instantaneously. If one has any dental anxiety, look no further for a compassionate understanding provider! Dr DeFilippi and her awesome team will assuage any of your concerns, effectively address any of your questions, and you can rest assured you are absolutely in the right dental provider's office. Dr Defilippi and her team are truly the BEST dental practice I have ever experienced.

Dr Defilippi, the dental hygienists and dental assistants are all amazing. I highly recommend them to all - especially if you have any type of anxiety or phobia with the dentist. Dr Defilippi is extremely gentle with her work as well as in her demeanor. She is kind and patient and provides easy to understand information both prior to a procedure and during. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure you understand and feel comfortable. As someone with anxiety and a phobia of dental work, the effort they all make to help me be as comfortable as possible is everything.

DR. Teeth is an excellent dental office with a warm and welcoming environment. Dr. Defilippi is extremely knowledgeable I came in with a problem and she was able to fix it! The assistants and treatment coordinators are always friendly, helpful, and make every visit a good one. Highly would recommend!

I am not enthusiastic about going to the dentist. However, my experience with Dr. Defilippi and her staff was outstanding. Chloe, the Dental Hygienist, is absolutely fantastic. Most comprehensive and thorough cleaning I have ever had. Dr. Defilippi is a superb dentist. Conservative in her approaches to tackling dental problems, she provided me with various dental procedural options, along with the pluses and minuses of each option. She is smart, articulate, and a total professional. I highly recommend Dr. Teeth for any of dental "challenges" one may have.
