I went in for my new patient appointment today, and this place by FAR exceeded my expectations!! I was greeted at the door by a wonderful receptionist and was taken back in a timely manner. The MA and provider answered any and ALL questions I had as well as acknowledged my concerns! I was given helpful tips and even the cutest goody bag! Although new to the journey I’m on, the staff made the start of it very tolerable and judgement free. 100 starts if I could!!!!

Let me start by saying this post is long overdue, and I’m super excited to share my experience! I've been visiting this clinic for about six weeks now, and I just had to rave about it. My amazing provider, Dr. Malone, has truly been a game changer for me. She not only listens to my needs but also gives incredible feedback to help me crush my weight loss goals before my wedding! Walking into the clinic feels fantastic—the lobby and restrooms are spotless, and the welcoming atmosphere makes you feel right at home. No awkward moments at the front desk; they greet you like a friend! Plus, I love how quickly I'm seen as a walk-in, and that includes my scheduled appointments too. Everything is handled with such professionalism and care, ensuring privacy that I truly appreciate. The injection prices are great, although I’d be thrilled if they offered military discounts. But hey, the special they had through May was phenomenal, so I’m hopeful for something just as exciting in July! The Medical Assistants, or MAs, are absolutely rocking it! They run the office like a well-oiled machine, ensuring every patient is taken care of promptly. If you get a chance, make sure to thank these incredible ladies for their hard work—they definitely deserve it! Overall, my rating reflects nothing but a fantastic experience and wonderful interactions with the staff. I can’t recommend this clinic enough!

My experience with Seriously health has been great! I started in February of this year and have lost a total of 90 pounds with dedication. My doctor, Gaida, has been awesome throughout my whole process.I am so glad that I discovered this clinic to help me reach my weight loss goals!

As I get older and approach menopause, I found it harder to lose weight despite constant exercise. I went to Seriously Health looking for a medically assisted or recommended weight loss plan. Veronica was super informative and led me to the right path to kick start my weight loss. During intake, Hilda assured me that my journey would be easy and that she was confident I'd start to feel results in 8 weeks. She often is also the injector who gives me my injections- she is so gentle, I don't feel anything when she administers the medication to me! I highly recommend Seriously Health for a safe, respectful place to get on track for weight loss.

It wasn’t explained well that EKG and blood work cost extra. It’s ridiculously pricey. The 200$ is only for the consultation. Doesn’t include anything. Pretty much was scam. I won’t recommend this unless you are rich and can afford it. 85$ extra for ekg, 250$ extra for blood work then extra cost for medication… not a good deal
