Prime IV Hydration & Wellness - Newport News

This review is long overdue! I've been a member at Prime in Newport News for a year and a half, and my experiences have been nothing short of amazing. My health has improved tremendously, and I truly feel cared for every time I walk through the doors. Jessica, Jayden, Rain, Lauren and the entire staff are incredible - they've become like family to me. Their knowledge, skill, and genuine kindness shine through every day, and they go above and beyond for their members. I especially look forward to my two visits a month, followed by 45-60 minutes of pure relaxation in the massage chair. It's the highlight of my routine and something I never want to miss. If you're hesitant about joining, don't wait any longer. Prime has been life-changing for me, and I can't recommend them enough!

First off the staff is amazing so attentive to your needs. I received First Class treatment from check-in, triage, treatment and check-out! Jess and the nurses are very professional and pleasant. The clinic is very clean and inviting. Highly recommend this experience.

Absolutely wonderful place to get your wellness on track. I been using this spa for few months now and the level of service is always amazing. Recently I was feeling lack of energy with an overload of things to do for upcoming holidays. but after visiting the spa, and receiving great service from Jadyn and Preslie, I am back on my feet ready to handle anything that comes my way. Always very attentive service. Great wellness products. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience with Lauren at Prime IV. She was super friendly from the moment I walked in and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. You can tell she’s very knowledgeable and has a lot of experience. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the whole process so easy. Wonderful place for a little self care. Wonderful and very friendly staff. I love that it’s a spa atmosphere. Very relaxing. Couple months ago I felt a little under the weather and I tried the immune boost IV and it really helped me get better within a day. I also love the immune injections when I don’t have time. I’ve tried vitamin C, magnesium and lypo lean which helps with weight loss:) I highly recommend Prime IV.
