I have thought about writing a review for a long time because I never wrote reviews let alone a negative one. I really wanted to love this place because of the functional care and whole body approach. But I was very disappointed. You pay a $300 membership fee just to become a patient. If you are only wanting to see a doctor at the practice this fee feels like a waste because you still have to pay regular copays and lab costs. I went there with a specific concern and after running several months of labs, I was told that everything looked good and there wasn’t anything she could do. Which felt like every other doctors office response. So after paying hundreds of dollars, I still had no answers. She recommended I see the naturopathic doctor, Dr Ryan, which I would have loved to do. But after calling to schedule I was told it would be a couple hundred dollars for a single appointment. I would have considered this if I didn’t feel like I wasted money on a “membership” and didn’t feel like this experience was no different than any other doctors office. It did not feel like they cared about my concerns or getting to the root cause more than any other doctor out there. I also want to point out that the turn over rate on the doctors is very high which is very concerning to me.

I really wanted to like this place, but it needs a lot of work. I was recommended this practice because I've been having some mysterious symptoms for years and one of my other providers had a family member treated here. Right off the bat, the membership fee seemed excessive, but I thought it would be worth it for better care. My first appointment went well and I had orders for lab work. They said that some of the tests took a few weeks to come back and they would call me when everything was back to schedule a follow up appointment. Months go by and I don't hear anything from them and I forgot all about it until one of my other doctors asks me how it was going with my new PCP. I eventually send them a message in the portal after calling multiple times with no answer and have my follow up. They refer me to a "health coach" who didn't have much advice other than keep eating right and drink water... revolutionary stuff. She was nice but not overly helpful. She also referred me to a different PCP in the practice who manages more complex conditions. Then I saw Dr. Ryan (his appointments are not included in the membership and are $300) and he ordered another test that was $500. I paid the fees and then found out he's not available for an in person follow up until "maybe February" but he doesn't have a schedule set yet. They told me to call back every now and then to see if he's made a schedule yet, which again seems ridiculous considering I'm paying a membership to this practice. They should be reaching out to patients when they have information. This practice clearly has communication problems, which are difficult to manage as a patient. They never answer the phone and they don't pay attention to patient requests. My last appointment was specifically scheduled as an in person appointment and was changed to telehealth without my consent or notice. I wasn't aware of the change until I received a text with a link to my appointment the morning of the visit. I called and left a message (because they never answer) and when they called me back they said someone texted me about staffing problems, but I didn't have any messages from them. I was able to switch my appointment back to in person, but this was the second time an appointment of mine had been changed without my knowledge. The first time, I received a text three hours AFTER my appointment time telling me it would be telehealth. Overall, lots of problems for very generic care and recommendations. Definitely not worth the membership.

I have been a patient at Reboot for a few years now and I have had such an amazing experience! Maryann truly listens to what you have to say. And rather than just throw medicine at your like a lot of other practitioners, she really tries to get to the root of the problem. For anyone who is looking for a more holistic approach to their healthcare I recommend Reboot!

This pace is amazing.They offer everything. They have a concierge medical practice which means they give me 3 free health visits per year that are an hour long and designed to my health my panel blood work and giving me appropriate supplements, peptides and what my body needs. Less patients more time. This is what ive been looking for. They aren't a DR who gives you 15 min then prescribes you medicine. They take time and learn you and your full body diagnosis and taking preventive care. If you are serious about being healthy they are awesome.

I suggested my mom go here to help her with weight loss and general health. They helped her zero! The nutrition they suggested was basically taken from AI google. They made zero helpful suggestions for her. They told her she’s totally fine on all of her blood work. Listen to me: she’s eating like 1,000 calories a day and can’t lose weight. Low libido. Cold all the time. Can’t sleep for regular intervals. And you’re going to tell her that she’s totally normal? No. These people sell a false bill of goods. You can figure out your health from google AI and get the same advice. Save your money.
