First I've had a great experience with customer support just inquiring about the place, services and making an appointment. NP Hawkins, made the experience more pleasant, she is very knowledgeable in her field. She provided me with valuable information and tips about the health of my 87 year old mother. She is very friendly, professional and cares for her patients' comfort. I Highly recommend her and will definitely request her services again. Thank you!

NP Hawkins was nothing less than professional. She made sure I was in good health and fit for surgery. She always responded to my emails no matter what her communication was 100% I had 0 issues. I would absolutely recommend her. I will definitely use her in the future.

Strange business practices. Wouldn’t clear for surgery due to abnormal hemoglobin which was understandable, but would not notify surgeon that this was the reason. Surgeon did not agree, recommended I see an actual physician and was cleared instantly. Half of money was refunded but NP on Demand did nothing for me. Won’t use again or recommend.

NP Hawkins was amazing for me. Throughout the process they were supportive, informative and direct. I had a hard time finding an emergency room that would let me do my EKG and they were so helpful in doing it for me. Lab Corp did not complete all my labs and Np Hawkins advocated for me so as I was not charged again. I had labs complete on Tuesday and by today I was cleared for surgery. Thank you again for all you do!

Nurse Hawkins was fantastic, detailed and super easy to work with! I needed her help to get cleared and it took time, but she stuck with me through the process, September until now, the end of December and I’m finally ready! I had to send emails and messages with information, and no matter how busy she was, she never forgot who I was. I have diabetes and I was so nervous my blood sugar wouldn’t go down. But I did what nurse Hawkins told me and my A1C went down from 10.4 to 6.7! I am so happy and feeling so much better! She knows her stuff and can help make sure you're ready and that you are in good health. Thank you so much for all your help, knowledge and impeccable service!!!
