I wanna thank everyone at Bosley. From start to finish I was treated with respect/ kindness and the entire staff are very professional. Thank you Dr. Epstein and your crew for a awesome job performing my hair transplant, I’m completely satisfied.

Dr Epstein and Bronwyn were very professional and upfront. I really appreciated the honesty they both brought to the conversation. I am looking forward to my next visit.

I only came in for a consultation and the Senior Counselor I spoke with ,Jenna , was super friendly and helpful when it came to answering my questions and explaining the process. There was no pressure to buy anything and she made me feel more comfortable with the idea of hair transplantation. I will definitely be back to schedule an appointment to meet with the doctor.

From the moment I walked through the door for my procedure I felt at ease. All questions were answered. I felt as if my comfort was most important. Every step was explained before and during the procedure. Everyone was very professional while being super nice. To be around a group of people for almost 8 hours while having a medical procedure done isnt always easy but I felt as comfortable at the end as I did at the beginning. Dr Epstein and his staff - Courtney, Nicole, and Jennifer (along with Monique and Tim) are the absolute best. Anyone within driving distance who is contemplating hair restoration should look no further than Dr Epstein with Bosley.

The team lead and MD were nice and did their best to discuss my issues. My issues bring that back in 2013 I paid 7k for implants that did not work. Needless to say it was not a good experience. These folks are attempting to identify why
