If you are on the fence about doing it, just try it. It's your health. The staff is amazing. Friendly and helpful. The place super clean. After the therapy I can take a shower because every room has it's own shower. There is also a tea station and a place to blow dry your hair. Love this place!

Amazing spa! The space was pristine, and had absolutely everything I needed, even things I didn’t think I would need! The showers in the rooms are super convenient, and the soaps provided are quality. I also love the back counter that has combs, a hairdryer, flat iron, and anything else I would need to be presentable. The seating area is inviting, and I love how there’s no pressure to leave immediately. It really makes the experience memorable. Kylie was friendly and very helpful. I really appreciated her showing me everything the spa had to offer. I will absolutely be back!

I purchased the 1-month unlimited sauna package as a Christmas present for my fiancé. I am happy to report she absolutely loves it! Just a heads up, if you buy this package online it starts the day you bought it. I didn't realize when I purchased it the week before Christmas :o)

Wave Wellness is incredible and worth every penny. The whole facility has the perfect vibes and is super clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The suites are perfect and they have everything you need and then some. If you haven't tried contrast therapy yet, don't wait! This is the place to do it. Warning, you will get addicted.

Amazing experience, just having the ability to sit and unwind with my husband in the same sauna was worth every dollar. A hour of relaxation without kids was everything. The atmosphere was just what I had hoped and I love the vibe throughout the whole place, it was very clean inside❤️ I hope to be back soon.
