Excellent customer service from beginning to end. This staff is excellent. Everything per each treatment is explained clearly. Patient bedside manner is the best. My treatments have improved my life by 50% so far. 2 more treatments to go, waiting for the walking n weight loss n a better life to begin.

I really enjoy going to my therapy at Wellness Institute in Virginia Beach. All the technicians are absolutely the best and friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk staff are terrific also. Everyone always greets me when I enter the office. Makes it so much easier to do therapy ♥️♥️👍🏼👍🏼

Jessica in the office manager are awesome with my first time getting Botox pleasant experience Jessica very patient and answered all of my questions with ease. The office manager informed me about an app to download that gives you points towards their services and wonderful experience as well. I was offered a $300 off of my next treatment for my first special offer. Can’t wait to go back and receive more treatment

Jessica is amazing. She is very informative and is actually listening to all your worries and concerns. I started the pellets hormone replacement therapy and started to see a big difference in my energy. She also looked through my bloodwork and pointed out that my thyroid needs a little boost, and who would have known, I am already losing weight. ♥️ She is the first health care provider that makes me feel heard and looked out for. Can't wait to see her again.
