Lin's Relax Station

I have been here 4 times. The first time was great. Each time since has been mediocre terrible. Today was the last time will go. These are not LMTs first and formost. The staff is not trained and very inconsistent, there might be 2 ladies that work here and know what they are doing. The rest need to find a new job. Today the older woman did not have the strength to do my massage, she leaned into nearly pushing me off the chair the whole time, i had to put my foot down. She would spend extended periods digging her elbow into the same spot, rubbed some greasy stuff into my hair, and all around was very clear she had no idea what she was doing. This place needs to fire most of the staff and hire some trained folks.

the lady I saw today definitely did a great job on my neck, arms, and upper back! She was amazing. However, while picking out what I wanted from the massage pack, she tried to push me for back and feet. I opted for just my upper back. After my back massage was over, she told me to go over to the foot massage area after I’d already said no. The work is awesome but please listen to customers when they pick what they want and leave it at that. Other than that it was awesome work and I feel so much better! She helped me prep for my 4 hour drive home!

I am here now and I am absolutely loving this! My feet feel amazing and I’m so relaxed. I feel as if a weight has been lifted and I may have to come back tomorrow ☺️

My husband and I came here for the first time. We both enjoyed our back and foot massages. Everyone was kind and the facility was nice and calming.

I've visited here throughout the years, but this last time was shocking, unprofessional & disappointing. My sister & I went for a foot & chair massage. Another woman was in for a foot massage & complaining the whole time. As my sister & I were starting our foot massage, the other woman complained so much that mid way, the man who was massaging my sister's feet got up & went to do the complaining woman's feet. This was so wrong! We should have been offered a discount because we left upset and not relaxed at all. Someone should make it right! But no one spoke English enough to understand this situation. I really enjoyed this place but this experience let a bad taste in my mouth. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
