I got a pedicure and fill-in on my nails. Salena and Ilene was amazing. Love the massage on my feet and hands. I'm from N.C. My husband got a pedicure. He loved it. He wish they where in N.C, we enjoyed the service and the friendly service 😀 we'll be back. Thanks again Salena and ILene. You're the best. 😊❤️

**Edit to add that all my money has been refunded** Absolutely unprofessional. I booked an appointment online, showed up early, and the spa was closed. Not “running late,” not “in session”—closed. Their posted hours said they should’ve been open, both online and on the door. So why was I standing outside with a locked door and lights off? I called, and they acted surprised I had an appointment. Funny, since I was getting automated text reminders. Why weren’t they? Even worse, they couldn’t figure out where I was. I told them—repeatedly—that I was standing at their front door. Apparently, that wasn’t “good enough.” I’m not local, so I gave them nearby business names as reference. Still, they were clueless. And then came the gaslighting. One of their employees had the nerve to text me, claiming “our door has always been open and our employees are inside.” Bold lie. I watched them frantically drive up and unlock the place after I’d already been waiting. Do not lie and do not insult my intelligence. This wasn’t just unprofessional—it was chaotic, dishonest, and disrespectful. You failed to honor a scheduled appointment, couldn’t locate your own storefront, and tried to rewrite reality when caught. I spent $108.94 between the deposit and uber transportation. I’ve submitted my receipts to them and I expect a FULL refund for all the money I spent. I will not pay for services you were clearly unprepared to provide.

Absolute scam. Been coming to vb every summer as a kid and now throughout the year to visit family. Wanted to treat myself, so I booked a 90 min deep tissue. It was barely a massage, let alone deep tissue. I asked to cut it at 60 min. When I asked for the price to be adjusted down to a 60 min deep tissue (generous), their “customer service” was called in a different language just to tell me it was my fault I wasn’t happy and they couldn’t change the price even though the service was only an hour. They said I need to contact customer service of their third party booking but couldn’t show me how (you can’t). DO NOT BOOK AND PREPAY HERE. I will be disputing the charge.

I could not give a better review if I tried! I wish I could give 11/10 stars! This experience was my first but it will not be my last! Very relaxing, rejuvenating, and very very comfortable! William was my masseur and he was incredible! His technique was incredible and he really took great care of me! I would definitely recommend! This was worth every penny and you will not regret booking!

My daughter is getting married in a month so we decided to treat her and her bridesmaids to a Spa Day. It was wonderful! William and all the staff made there time here at the Spa a very relaxing visit. They were very attentive and they truly were spoiled. I highly recommend!
