My experience with Keith. I have had plenty of bodywork and I have to say keith’s work is unique. I have chronic neck pain and on the top of the list was headaches. I mentioned that during our session. His work is very deep and intuitive. His technique and conversation as he works helped with the discomfort as it relieved the pain. I have heard muscles have memories and some past experiences came up, and in his safe environment I was able to have clarity as I moved through that experience. I have not had a headache since my session.

Keith is an excellent massage therapist and incredibly knowledgeable about the body, the origins of pain, and how to effectively relieve it. I’ve struggled with severe infraspinatus pain for quite some time and have seen multiple therapists, but I’ve never experienced complete relief until now. I left feeling not only pain-free, but also much more informed about my body and how to prevent future issues. He provided me with resources and print outs to be informed about my body. Visiting this establishment will definitely become part of my routine, and I’ve already recommended him to all of my friends.

Went in with the worst back pain. Left healed. This isn’t ur oily fru fru massage, this is tru therapeutic work. It might be uncomfortable at times but this man knows what he’s doing and will fix you. I’ve had mannnnnny massages in my life (all over the world) and I put him in my top 3! He’s stellar.

Keith is very intuitive and applies a wide range of knowledge to his massage. He is also great about listening to his client and what they need and prefer. I have also found his craniosacral work very helpful and would recommend it. He is constantly learning and developing his skills and you can tell he has a passion for what he does.
