New Era Foot Spa is a true hidden gem in Virginia Beach! I recently had the pleasure of experiencing their 90 minute combination foot and body massage, and it was absolutely amazing. Not only was the price incredibly reasonable, but the environment was clean, comfortable, and quiet, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxation. I am delighted to say that New Era Foot Spa has earned itself a permanent spot in my self-care routine. I will definitely be returning as a regular customer. If you're in Virginia Beach and in need of a rejuvenating massage, I highly recommend giving New Era Foot Spa a visit. You won't be disappointed!

Worst experience at a massage place. Asked for a 1 hour massage, 45min on back and 15min on feet. She ended up doing an extra 20min without my knowledge then demanded a huge tip at the end trying to show me how she gave me more time I didn't ask for. I go get massages to relax not to keep my phone or a clock in my face the whole time to make sure they're on schedule? That's also not my job. I told her she could take the good tip I was leaving her or nothing at all if she kept being unprofessional and rude. Such a greedy woman. Never going here again and she ought to be grateful I even gave her a tip after that haggling fiasco. Insane customer service at a bit of a run down place but I thought I'd give them a chance as a small business. Next time I'm looking at reviews first before I go again.

I love this place. Very nice staff, empathetic and genuine concern for your well being. State of the art equipment coupled with knowledgeable staff and clear treatment plan makes you feel secure and that you are in the right place to treat your therapeutic

First time here and wasn’t disappointed at all. The staff is friendly and attentive through the entire massage. The tables are comfortable and the environment was relaxing. I felt like I was the first massage of the day even though it was later in the evening. We will definitely be back. If you are in the area and need to relax or work out some heavy tension in your body this is your spot. Don’t miss out!

My husband and I had an amazing experience at this massage place! They offer a couple’s room, which made it perfect for a relaxing session together. My husband had a full-body massage, while I opted for 30 minutes of body massage and 30 minutes focused on my feet. We both absolutely loved it! The massage was incredibly relaxing, and we left feeling completely rejuvenated. The space is clean, well-maintained, and has a calming atmosphere. The massage therapists truly have miracle hands – they knew exactly how to relieve tension and make the experience enjoyable. If you’re looking for a high-quality massage, this is definitely the place to go! We’ll be back for sure.
