Relax the Feet - Fairfield

Honestly the best foot reflexology EVER! I was here for a short layover but I desperately needed this. The friendly skies have done a number on me & my feet. Looked up the reviews on this place and gave them a chance. I am SO THANKFUL I DID! This was the most relaxing foot/body experience EVER! All I can say is that it is The Experience you deserve! Give them a chance too. You won’t regret it. Why? Cuz ASH SAID IT! #ashsaidit

UPDATE...BEWARE/Use CAUTION! ⚠️ During my recent visit to Relax the Feet I was assigned to a male masseuse [Tom?] that GROPED ME DURING THE MASSAGE as though it were a routine part of the massage process. I have NO DOUBT that he's done this to women numerous times before. This was NOT A MISTAKEN touch... this was very much SEVERAL INTENTIONAL TOUCHES!!! Looking back there was some other behaviors that were questionable too. But you dismiss it cause you are certain NO ONE would be SO VILE. When I first alerted the receptionist, I asked to never be placed with him again. She stated 'a lot of people don't like him'. This tells me that he's definitely done things to make other people [most clients probably women] uncomfortable or feel violated. So WHY IS HE STILL THERE violating women!?!? I think it didn't register to me how violated I felt until hours later... when the shock of his audacity wore off. The receptionist was supposed to have the manager or someone call me... but that hasn't happened. It appears as though they are condoning or turning a blind eye to this and allowing a predator to have access to unsuspecting women. If this happens to you, I encourage you to report it to the police! My masseur did not speak at all so I didn't get her name. That's ok...I didn't mind that. She did a good job; applied a decent amount of pressure. What annoyed me was the frigid temperature in the establishment. I literally was freezing the entire 90 minutes. And since it's so open [no doors or 'rooms'] the noise of other staff detracted from the relaxation experience. Not to mention the scrapping of the 'crate' they sit on and have to scooch around while doing your massage. Why don't they give them a stool with wheels!? Good grief.

Lovely experience I got the two hour package and it was worth it. East check in. Quiet and relaxing space. Polite staff.

Wanted to love it. It was very good massage. But the masseuse had a strong food smell on his hands. The neck pillow smelled like all the flavors in the microwave. Can’t enjoy yourself when all you smell is fish and strong spice smells. Need to spray, maybe eat somewhere else, wash his hands better. Very gross.

Everything about my experience was great. The front desk staff member was lovely. She explained everything and answered my questions. My session was so relaxing. I still feel great the following day. I will definitely be going back, though next time I will choose the 90 or 120 minute session.
