OMG!!! The best experience ever! From the time I walked in I was greeted by Valerie the owner with a warm and beautiful smile. She made me so comfortable. It was my first time receiving a dermaplaning service and she explained everything in detail. She was very knowledgeable and so funny. I had an amazing experience and have already booked another service. My skin felt so good after the service and it is still glowing. I had an amazing experience with Bag Lady hosting a peel-and-paint party on Saturday night with 9 women, and it was absolutely fantastic! Valarie was excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and engaging. She led a master esthetician–focused skincare experience that was especially attentive to melanin skin care, which made it both educational and empowering. The atmosphere was fun, relaxing, and well organized, and everyone left glowing—literally and figuratively. I am a repeat customer and will definitely be coming back again. I have been with Valerie for over a year now and all of my services have been simply amazing. She is very knowledgeable in her craft. The office space is very inviting. She hosted a girls beauty glow Christmas Party last night, everyone in attendance had a wonderful experience. I will definitely recommend her services again and again!
