I learned about Dr. Frojo through my dermatologist’s office, where he came highly recommended—and from beginning to end, my experience fully lived up to that recommendation. My lower blepharoplasty and erbium skin resurfacing were a fantastic experience. His office staff was consistently friendly, warm, and professional, which immediately put me at ease. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Frojo listened carefully to my concerns and fears. He was always honest, supportive, and reassuring, instilling a strong sense of confidence and calm. When I was feeling anxious the day before the procedure, he took the time to speak with me personally, which meant a great deal. He stayed in touch with both me and my husband throughout the recovery process, offering thoughtful tips and guidance—and even checked in on us on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, which was incredibly kind and unexpected. While I am still healing, the results already look amazing. My under-eye bags and crow’s feet are gone, and the improvement is truly remarkable. Dr. Frojo’s bedside manner is exceptional. He has a wonderful personality and sense of humor that made the entire experience feel lighter and far less intimidating. I cannot recommend Dr. Frojo and his office highly enough.

I underwent a blepharoplasty eye lid lift February 2025 by Dr. Morbia in the Suffolk office. My night vision has improved considerably, I look refreshed, less tired, and grumpy. I experienced almost immediate positive results which improved over months. Beautiful office, caring staff, skilled surgeon who seeks best outcome possible.

My review is of Dr. Kyle Xu who operated on both of my hands at the Miami VA Med Ctr. The right hand received a tendon transfer procedure to allegedly improve dysfunction caused by Parsonage--Turner Syndrome,an idiopathic nerve condition. The left hand received Carpal Tunnel release surgery at the same time as Dr. Xu felt he could do both at the same time. To make a long story short, both hands r in worse shape than they were before the surgeries in April '25. I never saw Dr. Xu following the surgery at all because I presume he was preparing to move up there to Virginia. I've been diligent with ongoing Occupational Therapy since the surgeries with no improvement. The Carpal Tunnel left hand is in constant pain and the needles & pins caused by the impinged median nerve continues completely unabated. The hand is also significantly weaker due to the cutting of the transverse ligament. The right hand now feels like a piece of lead.with no functional improvement. Dr Xu seemed very professional and personable but I'd very wary and skeptical of his treatment!

I can't thank the staff enough! They were phenomenal from the receptionist all the way to my surgeon. Dr. Xu is an absolute gem and I am beyond thankful for him and his team! I had to have nerve repair surgery on my hand, and I was turned down by three separate doctors before Dr. Xu who told me that my nerve damage was too extensive. I am almost two weeks post-op and already starting to regain some feeling in my hand. My family and I will forever be grateful for Dr. Xu and what he has done for me! VPS is the best!

Dr. Bounds handled my Botox and filler, and the difference is incredible! Having a plastic surgeon perform the injections made all the difference—it was virtually painless, and his strategy and placement were unique. I’m already seeing amazing results. Jennifer, his associate, was fantastic, keeping me focused on her instead of the needles. I’m thrilled with the outcome and highly recommend them!
