Chang Dermatology and Skin Surgery Center

I had a basal cell carcinoma removed by the wonderful Dr. Chang on Friday. The roots had started spreading and it took two times of cutting to get it out. Dr. Chang discussed a possible interaction that I had had with one of the numbing medications at another facility. He made certain that I was comfortable using the medication and offered to find something else if I preferred. I declined but he observed me carefully. He discussed each step of the procedure with me and thanked me for choosing his practice. I left with inner and outer stitches and an appointment to have the outer stitches removed by Dr. Chang in two weeks. The experience was as good as it can be when you have cancer on your back. The entire staff at Dr. Chang’s office was knowledgeable and made sure that I was comfortable and understood everything they did for me. I cannot recommend Dr. Chang any higher. He is definitely a 10 in my book!!!

I appreciated Dr. Chang's thoroughness and friendly demeanor, his assistant took all the notes during the visit. Therefore the Dr.'s undevided attention is with the patient. Dr. Chang diagnosed my long ongoing skin problem low self esteem and trying to cover it up, on top of spending $$ out of my pocket). Dr. Chang took a thorough look, prescribed the correct meds and at my 2 week follow up I felt like a new woman. My skin has totally cleared up and I'm finally no longer self conscious. TY Dr..Chang, you've made a difference in my life.

From the moment I entered Chang Surgery I was impressed. I’m in marketing so I pay attention to things, and they were fantastic at every pace. Check-in was easy and electronic! Huge. Nice coffee station was next. By the time I had finished check-in, they called me back. Beautiful offices. Every doctor and nurse had on these amazing head coverings, all the same style, just different colors. Everyone was polite, kind, great energy. I’m so happy I chose Chang Surgery Center. New patient to this office. Physician assistant Carissa and her assistant are fantastic. Carissa looked over my entire body and took three biopsies. I had 7 areas of concern and was expecting to come back for 4 or 5 more visits but all my concerns were addressed in one visit. Highly recommend! Great Team!
