I had the mini facial with Jessica. The spa was doing a Valentines promotion. They had juice, champagne, and water to drink. They offered fruits, sushi, and a cake for snacks. I was greeted warmly and taken back for my appointment on time. Jessica was very professional and informative. She let me know what we would be doing. She asked if I had any allergies. I was so relaxed and almost fell asleep during the head massage with a warm towel on my face. She also played very calming music. I have acne prone skin so I did have a few breakouts going in. Coming out my skin is well hydrated and glowy. My redness is greatly reduced as well! Loved my experience!

Ksenias and her team are amazing ! Just the Hospitality when you walk in the door is so awesome. I have had Ksenias do two different treatments for me and one of her Team Leaders who is Sara did another treatment. Each time Ksenias and Sara took their time with me making sure what I wanted to achieve. Some treatments you may only want one and feel satisfied. But I would recommend what ever you get done come back in at least 2 to 6 months to see even better results. You could go do one treatment be fine and maybe come back once a year.. But to me why not get a 2nd or 3rd treatment of what ever Ksenias the awesome owner and Sara just one of her few fun kind caring Team Leaders recommend for you..Let them do a consultation and take it from there. Whatever your skin needs I recommend this. If you do not want to go under the knife then go to where you can get treatments to look your best you where you will be ask who is your plastic surgeon and you can say no Surgery just the best Skin care without Surgery. The Hospital of Ksenias and her Team if so awesome. Be patient in whatever is recommended for your skin. You may need only one treatment and you may need more. But believe me you will see results.
