She is simply amazing, very passionate about skin care, and ensuring patients are welcomed, comfortable, and thoroughly informed throughout the treatment process. I've been seeing Sara every month, and she is amazing. She's knowledgeable on all their machines and she's super friendly. She also genuinely cares about my skin's health and progress. I made this appointment three weeks in advance for scar filler a treatment I’ve waited four years to receive. I was left with severe scarring all over my face due to an exes ignorance. I drove an hour and a half, each way, for this appointment. My technician, Chrissy Wall, knew this because she commented on the drive while taking me back to the treatment room. Hopeful and prepared for what felt like a life-changing step forward. When I arrived, already numb from preparation (I was given numbing cream at the consultation) I was informed that the provider and the director had decided they did not feel safe moving forward with the procedure. This decision had been made evidently prior to my appointment, yet I had not been notified. When I asked why I was not notified I was told that it was because they assumed I would still come in for Botox, which I previously told them I was not interested in. To allow a patient to drive three hours round-trip and then disclose that the primary treatment had already been declined, all to preserve the opportunity for a smaller cosmetic service, is beyond disappointing. It was devastating. This was not about vanity, it was about a four year long medical and emotional journey. The lack of transparency and consideration was shocking. Patients deserve honesty before they walk through the door. Especially when stakes are this Personal.
