Everyone at Milan VB is so friendly and professional! The facility is clean and easy to find. All of the ladies here make you feel comfortable, welcome, and at ease! I definitely recommend this location and their services and anyone! Julie is so sweet and helpful, and Sage is so kind and makes me feel so comfortable and makes treatment a breeze!

The team at Milan Laser is amazing! Ms. Nikki is extremely knowledgeable and was happy to answer any questions I asked. Saige is a Godsend in terms of making clients feel comfortable, and Emily was super understanding when it came to me needing adjustments mid-procedure. Ms. Julie is wonderful as well and always willing to call and let me know about any last minute cancellations where she can squeeze me in. I also like that if you get their unlimited package, you can be seen at any Milan Laser across the country in case they don’t have enough availability at the one you started at.

I’ve had a few treatments here already at the recommendation of a former co worker. I know people who have had laser hair removal done and loved it. I got tired of ingrown hairs and dark spots from shaving, along with thicker hair growth (I am ethnic so this has always been a problem for my family). When I first walked in for my consultation, I was greeted by both Julie and Nikki (manager) at the front desk. They were both very welcoming and pleasant to interact with. Nikki seemed to really understand my concerns and even shared some of her own success with the treatment too. I decided to go for it since this was something I always wanted to do. I’m so glad I did! I scheduled my first 3 treatments and have seen amazing results just since the first treatment. Saige does my treatment every 5 weeks and has always been so wonderful, fun, and informative about everything she is doing. I felt comfortable from the very start of this entire process.
