I’ve always loved coming to The Skin Chick for facials. I’ve been here multiple times and the estheticians are consistently thorough, kind, and transparent about pricing. I’ve especially appreciated that they never try to oversell products, which is rare in this industry. My facial today was great, just like always. Because I trust them for skincare, I decided to add on injectables for convenience. I mainly wanted a small amount in my crow’s feet, since that’s where I typically notice movement first. I mentioned that I had just hit the three-month mark since my last treatment and still had very minimal movement overall. The injector was nice, but I don’t feel like my original request was fully heard. She recommended treating my forehead as well. I should have paused and clarified, but I went along with it. I assumed it would be a similar amount to what I’ve received in the past, especially since I shared my previous unit totals and history. When I checked out (at the front desk, in front of other clients), I found out I had received 70 units, totaling around $900. I was honestly shocked. I’ve never had that many units before — even when treating additional areas beyond just the upper third. I’m 30 years old, have been doing Botox consistently for 8–9 years every 3–4 months, and have very minimal movement and no visible lines. My muscles are fairly atrophied from maintenance, so 70 units felt extremely excessive. I felt caught off guard and awkward in the moment, so I paid and left — but afterward I felt really discouraged. I genuinely trusted this place because my previous experiences had felt honest and pressure-free. This experience, however, left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. I feel like because I wasn’t super outspoken I was taken advantage of. If you decide to get injectables here, I strongly recommend asking exactly how many units are being used and requesting a quote beforehand. I wish I had done that. I still think they do wonderful facials, but I’ll be much more cautious moving forward.

I’ve been getting facials at The Skin Chic and truly cannot say enough good things. Every provider I’ve seen is incredibly knowledgeable and thoughtful in their approach. My skin always looks brighter, clearer, and more balanced after each session. You can tell they genuinely care about skin health, not just quick fixes. Highly recommend.

Best place ever. I come for laser hair removal, microneedling, and facials. Kristen is a master of her craft and gives best advice ever. This is the best place in all of United States, my only complaint is I can’t take Kristen with me every where. Ten stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ out of five. Best place ever.

My experience at The Skin Chic was exceptional. Sydney was amazing and provided a 5 star facial. Her attention to detail and care was much appreciated - I could tell she loves what she does. It was the best facial routine I have had and the products she used were fabulous! Thank you!!

I've been going to Kristin for about 5 years now. She's the only person i have ever gone to for my skin and I'm so glad i started and have continued my skin journey with her. I started out doing hydra facials and have since done the skin pen (which I LOVE the results from) along with the Enzyme treatment to follow and most recently have done a lash lift and 3x of the Picosure Pro laser. I'm 36 now going on 37 and my skin looks better now than ever. Clients are always shocked when i tell them how old my kids are and how old i am, which feels so good! I always tell them, its the ladies at TSC. Now I feel so confident just wearing my Skinbetter SPF. Lauren is the best and sweetest and so knowledgeable and helpful with any questions Ive ever had as far as recovery post treatment, products to use and even how to apply them and in which order. She also did all of my laser treatments and each time i was blown away with how beautiful my skin looks after, pigment and texture. I get all my products here as well and most recently the Hydracool and the Alastin A-luminate serum have become my favorites. Everyone there is amazing. Hannah did my lash lift and I'm obsessed with how good they looked after and look forward to my next appointment. Thank you ladies for being the best and always taking care of me!
