The doctors and staff are exceptional. Dr. Newman is compassionate, honest, and highly knowledgeable. Unlike corporate or “chain” dental offices, this practice offers truly personalized care rather than a production-line approach. I highly recommend them to all my family members and friends.

By far the WORST customer service I have ever received. The manager, teresa, is belligerent and unprofessional. She speaks to patients with disrespect and will not let you speak. She will speak over you, belittle you and bully you. I asked to speak to Dr Newman to report a complaint against her and she deliberately hung up on me. Teresa needs to work on her anger management and drop her false sense of entitlement. Beware of additional fees and charges that they do not warn you about before you go into your appointment. I highly advise you go somewhere else where they will treat you with respect.

I want to thank Dr. Tam for her patients, knowledge, artistry and sweet spirit as well as her tremendous staff all of which made me feel welcome and comfortable as if I was family. Thank you so much Teresa, Jodie, Sandy and Jazz.

Truly cannot speak highly enough of this office and their phenomenal staff! This is a word of mouth business, if you know you know….and once you find them, you’ll never think twice of going anywhere else. Kristen, my hygienist, was warm, comforting, and professional, and I felt like we had known each other for years! Dr. Newman was also efficient yet thorough and made me feel extremely at ease. Sandy & Amber at the front desk were knowledgeable, efficient, and ensured I was provided the best deal and care from the moment I walked in. Look no further for your dental needs!

SO PLEASED!!! I’ve been let down and lied to by 2 different dentists. This is the first office that treats me with dignity and respect and has corrected the issues I had with other dentists. They are truly amazing. Shout out to Laura, one of the assistants, she’s amazing and will certainly make you laugh! Amazing personality. Dr Jones is phenomenal, very knowledgeable and actually wants to help you. I’m so grateful to have given them a chance! If you have any hesitation about trying this office. Don’t. Just come! After reading my first review, I had finally found an amazing dentist only for him to retire shortly after his discovery. However, I can say with full confidence, there is no other dentist like Dr. Newman. I have been treated so well by him and miss Laura that I would continue to see them even if my insurance wasn't accepted there. I am so grateful for you guys... the front office staff is always kind and finds a way to work me in when I have an emergency. Thank you all for everything you do!
