Update after further treatment: Dr. Martin is patient, kind, very knowledgeable. Everyone is extremely accommodating. Gio was my dental assistant for my extraction and was very encouraging and helpful. I have always been so anxious and rushed at previous dentists, but this entire experience has been amazing. Definitely coming here for all future dental needs. Wonderful customer service and very good treatment for the charge. All of the ladies have been so kind, informative and helpful. Above and beyond to make me comfortable, I’m a very nervous dental patient.i really liked that I was able to make a last minute appointment and get seen almost immediately. There was no judgement to my teeth or my issues. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent professional work performed by Dr. Martin and his assistant Gio considering the tooth extraction I needed. Great information given about care and maintenance after the procedure and follow up. Every staff member I interacted with expressed superb quality of service and attention.

I found Emergency Dental of Virginia Beach from a Google search and decided to give them a try. I had a cracked molar and a lot of pain with it so I knew I needed same-day treatment amd my usual dentist was closed. As a walk-in appointment, there was a long wait time but luckily, they encourage you to wait where you're comfortable, whether in the lobby, at home, or wherever. They even give you enough time to drive back to their office and hold your spot for you during that time. The most notable thing is their high level of service - every person I interacted with was professional, polite, and caring for all my needs. They didn't stop there though, Brian, the dental assistant, went above and beyond to make me comfortable, even blowing air on me to keep me cool and offering her hand during a difficult portion of the treatment. Dr. Meki was very professional, kind, and extremely patient, making sure I was taken care of throughout the procedures. The level of service I received at Emergency Dental of Virginia Beach was something I had never experienced at any dental office anywhere, ever! The pricing is on par with other dentists in the area and they offer multiple financing options if you can't afford to pay 100% out of pocket. I'm giving them 5 stars, which I rarely give because of their exceptional service and staff. Thank you, Emergency Dental of Virginia Beach!

NES and mikki were amazing im terrible with pain and they had me laughing and at ease the whole time definitely will be coming here for my needs just no extractions ever again ——— update!!! Appointment times aren’t really a thing at this location be prepared to have another facility available if you’ll need follow up care it seems they realistically have only two dentist that can actually look in your mouth and tell you what’s wrong and they may not be there the same time so just be prepared with another place to avoid disappointment in your after care after this experience I refuse to ever get another extraction regardless of if it’s needed I just went to try to make sure I’m healing properly for someone to just spray water straight into my extraction site and someone who didn’t think they were qualified to assess it function the water going tomorrow to maybe see someone to tell me if it is ok but honestly I have no faith I’ve had to edit this three times every time I do I remember something that just sets me off
