Infusion

This pharmacist told the hospital (who sets him up with hundreds of clients) and myself that he would not make the antibiotics my dad needed to leave the hospital because he wouldn’t make enough money. My dad has been in the hospital for a month and half and was suppose to come home today. When I called him out for being money hungry he told me that I was being unfair. I get it to an extent but that was pretty bold to flat out say he wouldn’t be paid enough to do it. The hospital also agreed that it was crazy he wouldn’t not make it for him. So now we have to wait for a company in KC who will make it for him and overnight it.

Kind, efficient, compassionate staff!! Highly recommend!!

Great experience. The phone call each time has been great. The visit at the store was great and both people I interacted with was nice and caring!!

I'm a very easy going person, but I had a terrible experience with customer service. I just finished spending an emotional week in the hospital with my daughter and had to call infusion to return a rental. The employee, Chase, told me repeatedly to "stop" midsentence while I was talking. He was clearly upset that I was switching companies, and also slammed the company I had just chosen. Not an encouraging way to head home from the hospital.
