Alter'd Carbon

Rene was amazing! The neuromuscular massage was a new experience for me and I am converted! She was able to work through so much (knots, muscle tension) without pain! I've been struggling with plantar fasciitis and she scraped my foot (another new technique) but really, really helpful! I know I'm not alone in struggling with this, so I feel like I need to sing it from the rooftops that I've found such relief! We didn't talk much, but she was very knowledgeable and good at explaining things. I will be better for my time on the table and have good ideas to maintain better between massages. Very thankful to have benefited from her time and talents.

Got a massage with Rene and a facial with Kelsey. They were both absolutely amazing! The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. Rene gave me the best massage I'd had in a long time, getting knots out without pain, and working on my problem areas. You can tell she was really tuned in to the massage! Kelsey's facial service was outstanding. It was so relaxing and my skin looks and feels great. She explains everything she is going to do ahead of time, and she lightly touched my shoulders before touching my face, which I thought was an amazing way to orient me to her touch without her hands abruptly being on my face. I definitely recommend Alter'd Carbon

Where do I begin?! Rene, Kelsey and Sabrina are each so talented. I’ve been to a lot of spas and experienced a lot of massage and facials over the last 20+ years, and these ladies have true gifts. The atmosphere is so comforting and calming. Everything is very tidy and clean. Kelsey’s facial had so many little “extras” and special touches I haven’t experienced. Extractions weren’t even painful! Sabrina’s massage was also full of surprises that were new to me, but I loved. I’m used to extremely deep massage but Sabrina was super patient with knots and sore spots so going deep, and leaving me extra sore, wasn’t necessary. You can feel the devotion and kindness when you visit with the owner, Rene. You’ll be in good hands no matter who you see at Alter’d Carbon. I’ll certainly be back!

I cannot say enough good things about Alter'd Carbon Spa and Sam! I have been dealing with persistent pain in my hands and back for months, and after just one session with Sam, I feel like a new person. She is truly gifted and genuinely cares about people and their healing process. The spa itself is beautifully designed, peaceful, and so relaxing. From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
