Eric Fisher Academy

I went in for a spiral perm and that is not really what I got. The student that did my hair was nice but could improve on their customer service skills a little. I realize that students are doing the hair are learning. Maybe the students can learn from the experience I had. I’m not trying to bash anyone just educate. I’m not sure what went wrong. She rolled the rods very nicely. I am thinking the perm solution and/or the setting solution were not left in long enough. I have had a few perms before and they always turn out nice. The ‘curls’ I have now are flat and limp. No spiral no bounce. I hope maybe I can have this fixed by the same salon. I am willing to let another student have a go at it.

My daughter went to get her hair colored with orange streaks in her hair. Callie was amazing abd very talkative even though the service took a while, Callie did a fanominal job with my daughter's hair. My daughter's hair also doesn't stay curly very often, but after leaving the salon, her hair stayed curled for the rest of the day. The price was also very cheap for what my daughter got. I recommend going here instead of the main salon. It gives students more experience and you leave the salon looking fabulous! (P.S. you might get a few hand massage if you are lucky, I sure did)

Appointment with Savannah for partial highlights went great! She did a great job styling and my hair has never felt so soft. I booked a perm for my son also to give his string straight hair some body and wave. It looks great!

What a wonderful experience with student Cassidy Baker!!! Cassidy was very kind when shampooing my hair! I appreciate her being particular when styling my hair and asking instructor for suggestion on a certain part. I felt like she was thorough with asking what I liked and asking about how I had hair done using products. I recommend Cassidy as she is kind and caring!!!
