EMPOWER MASSAGE

The massage was great, but the lady didn't speak English n kept having to use her phone for translation, then She left out the room multiple times, she tried to over charge me for my hour massage which was 60 dollars because I wasn't able to tip her what she wanted. Without my permission. She was mad about the fact I didn't have cash only a card. I will not be going here again.

I had one of the best massages that I have ever had here today. Chantel is great!! She really knows what she is doing. She got rid of my lower back pain and even stopped my headache. Great massage. Great place. Very clean. The staff is great and they make you feel very comfortable. This business is my go-to for massages. My thanks to the staff for a very enjoyable experience. I highly recommend it!!!!

Most horrible experience I had at a place like this. I took my mom here to relieve some of her back pains first thing that happened was we walked in the lady did not speak English she kept pulling out her phone for google translate we had made the appointment for 8 o’clock the other lady was late about 10 mins we paid 120 dollars for 1 hour which only lasted about 30 because both of them kept leaving the room on top of leaving the door open and speaking very loudly this place is not pleasant or relaxing if ur looking for something good the worst part they burned our backs with the hot rocks leaving red marks then after it was over they left the doors half open for us to get dressed then at the end the lady that didn’t speak English had the nerve to ask me for a tip if I could put 0 stars I would definitely not worth it we will not be returning here super unprofessional

My daughter and I went there got our backs burnt with hot rocks and then jumped on my back which I never experienced before and never want to again. (From some pole from the ceiling )Not even sure what was going on half the time. She kept leaving the room with the door wide open every time she left. My daughter said they left her door open as well when they kept leaving her room. She was probably only in there for 20 mins total. Got charged for an hour. Told them we were not happy when they kept asking for a tip. I begin to tell the lady why I wasn’t giving a tip and she tried to hurry and get me out the door. Cause she knew what she did leaving the room constantly and I told her she was hurting me and get the stones off immediately they were burning me . They refused to give us our money back after jumping on me and burning our backs. She tried to tell me I was trying to rip her off and I liked it hot and hard. Are you kidding me? My back still hurts from what you did! If she would have tried to make it right as a professional business woman or apologized for literally hurting and burning us.I wouldn’t even be here. Bad business lady! This is my first bad review of any establishment. I felt the need to share due to how horrible the treatment was and trying to shift the blame on me. If you’re not into getting jumped on and your back burned. It’s your fault for being a bad customer! I’d avoid this place. Horrible experience! 👀Read all bad reviews and read her reply’s!

Great place to get a massage. Linda, Channel and Lily are very nice and provide excellent massages
