I had never been to Massage Envy before and it had been about 8 months since my last massage. I was in dire need. When I discussed with Sara (Montgomery) my main problem areas she really focused on those but was also attentive to the muscles that weren’t as problematic. She was incredibly knowledgeable, she’s also board certified and overall made my first experience a great one. I’ve had a lot of massages at different places around town and had some good experiences but never have I left with the same feeling of “that was the best massage I’ve ever had in my life!” until now. Thank you Monty! I’ve already booked my next session! 10/10 recommend.

First off, I paid for an hour i went back about 8:10pm… She started a massage about 815 She finished about 9:50pm. She was the only one available and they said that she was medium touch. Honestly, I don’t feel like I got a massage at all. It was more of a rub down. Place was very clean. The receptionist were awesome. But the overall massage not very good.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Horrible Experience — Not People of Their Word I had a truly awful experience with this place. They are absolutely not people of their word. I was promised one thing and got something completely different. From the start, the communication was misleading, and when I tried to address the issue, they refused to take accountability or make it right. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience was beyond frustrating and disappointing. Save yourself the time, money, and stress this business does not stand behind what they say, and their lack of honesty and customer care speaks volumes. Would not recommend at all.
