Body & Soul Therapeutic Massage

I've traveled a lot and had a lot of bodywork done over the years. I can honestly say Jen Bolyard is one of the best and Body & Soul is who I recommend to everyone. Jen is phenomenal at moving fluid off my joints, massaging away pains, and making me feel like a million bucks after a session. She does stretches, massage, cupping, and more depending on what you need. I'm a big guy (6'4" and over 250lbs) and she can apply the right amount of pressure for me and dial it all the way back to work on my skinny highschool freshmen. She helped him rehab his knee (he's a runner) and I know he wouldn't have been able to compete without her help. I love our conversations when I'm on the table but she knows when I'm getting sleepy and goes quiet so I can drift off in pure relaxation. I see her, my wife sees her, my son sees her, 2 coworkers see her, my best friend sees her... You should see her as well. Jen and everyone at Body & Soul are the best in town, true professionals, and very affordable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My husband and I had the pleasure of having our first ever massages done by Jen! We loved every second of it and immediately scheduled our next session. Of course the massage was amazing but Jen’s personality, professionalism, and energy were what made it that much better. I had an amazing experience at Body and Soul Massage with Jess. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. I received a lymphatic massage after my tummy tuck, and I can honestly say Jess has magical hands. She knew exactly what my body needed and handled everything with so much care and expertise. My results were noticeable, the relief was immediate, and the entire experience was truly wonderful. I highly recommend Jess to anyone recovering from surgery or just needing a healing, therapeutic touch. She’s the best!

Hands down the best massage therapist I've been to in years. Jen is a wealth of knowledge about the body & I learn something new about my health and physiology every time I see her. She also is skilled at so many aspects - not just massage but cupping, lymphatic massage, nerve flossing, & kinds of stretching/massage combo that I'm sure have a name but I don't know it. My husband & I now both see her regularly as it doesn't feel like an indulgence, it feels like legit self care. She also is working in consult with our family chiropractor to help our teen athlete sons as they get aches & pains from sports and growing. I feel truly lucky to have found this place and become a regular.
