The ease of checking in and being seen in a timely matter was very efficient. The staff were all very nice and welcoming. I seen the doctor and the student/resident. The doctor listened and gave excellent medical advice with care and attention to my concerns/issue! Thank you

I just had an appointment with Dr. Amy Sprole. Embarrassingly, I went to her after having had a facelift with another provider who was not in this area. She was very nice about that and told me what she would do to alleviate some of the side effects from that other provider’s facelift. She was very knowledgeable kind and professional. In addition to that issue, I also scheduled a minor outpatient procedure with her to fix my earlobes and one ear lobe which was sagging lower than the other. I had had other plastic surgeon say they could not Fix the earlobes and make them both look the same length. She didn’t think this was a problem at all and I booked the procedure with her. I know someone who had a facelift and an arm lift with her which both turned out beautifully! I I’m super impressed with Dr. Sprole!!

Worst experience of my life. I went to her because my doctor recommended her. I should have gotten a second opinion but when you get diagnosed with cancer and have children you have to act fast. I asked for a certain procedure she said no. She assured me every thing would be fine. My breasts are abnormal aren’t same size or even balanced. After paying her tons of $ she said they would balance out and kept giving me injections in my breasts to say they would even out. They never did. Worst experience of my life. I wrote letters and called and they only wanted more money. Recently I went to a plastic surgeon who said I would need to pay $12,000 dollars to correct all of her mistakes. Please take the time to find the best surgeon. She doesn’t care and won’t help make it right.

Very professional..and took my concerns very seriously. Information and explanation of the surgery is comforting. She made me feel very welcome and at ease with my scheduled procedure. I look forward to my next adventure.
