I've been going to Dr. Black for a couple of years now and I do enjoy him and his team of nurses. Dr. Black takes the time to explain the procedure to you and answers any questions or concerns that you may have. He does keep you informed of what he is doing during the procedure as well. I have confidence in him and would recommend him to you.

I had a great experience. The process from check-in to check-out was easy and went smoothly. All staff were happy, friendly, and professional people. This made a big difference to me. Being comfortable and happy myself kept me calm before my procedure. Thumbs up and thank you for caring for me.

Quick processes from start to finish, never felt rushed or like I was sitting around waiting for the next step. Prior to surgery while the nurse was getting initial vitals I advised her about a previous arm surgery and asked if that arm could be avoided (BP, IV, etc) to prevent pain. She immediately stopped what we were doing and applied a "Limb Alert" bracelet to that wrist so others would be aware of my wishes. That moment set the tone for how well I was cared for that day.

My charg nurse was wonderful! Very kind and personable. There was another nurse who overheard me tell my husband I was freezing and she brought me an extra warmed blanket too ❤️ I didn't care for the way they positioned and placed my mouth guard before they put me under, I felt very violated before falling asleep. Other than that it was an overall good experience ☺️

Been to this place for two surgeries, the second was to correct the first. In order for the operation to happen, I was forced to pay off the remainder of the first and half of the surgery that hadn't occurred yet. ''Under new management'' was the reason they gave me for the new policy. Love how the organization has evolved from its founding of religious compassion.
