I seen Kristin at the office for Botox. She was very unprofessional. Showed up 20 minutes late. Then grabbed my head like a football and pushed it up against her chest while she rubbed my forehead to "push in" the botox. I ended up with a black eye for 3 weeks. Not to mention saggy eyelids for months. I will NEVER go back.

I went Dr Conrad for Botox a few times , the first time was great . But the last 2 times I had Kristen , first for Botox , then she talked me into Sculpta by basically stating it would last 2 years . Fast forward a month past with 0 results . I called several times the end of December 2025 , Jan 2026 . No one ever called me back . Livid spent over 2,000 $ for 0 results . Don’t waste your money there . She’s an injector that is not professional , pushing as hard as she could into my face causing huge bruising on each side of my head and cheeks . I was horrified .

If I could give Mandy in the office a zero star I would she has no professionalism about her and that is not the job for her. That being said, I am on certain medication that they were supposed to tell me to stop taking before getting BBL Lazer done. I’ve done all the research.. thet tell me not to worry it’s ok keep using the cream and this is what I found No — you are not typically supposed to use “oxygen cream” during a BBL laser treatment. If by “oxygen cream” you mean oxymetazoline cream (like Rhofade), that’s a vasoconstrictor. It temporarily shrinks blood vessels. Here’s why that matters: 💡 What BBL (BroadBand Light) Is Designed To Do BroadBand Light therapy works by: • Targeting hemoglobin in blood vessels • Heating the vessels • Causing them to collapse and fade over time If you apply a vasoconstrictor beforehand: • Blood vessels are already constricted • The laser may not “see” them as well • It can reduce effectiveness • It may alter how heat distributes in the skin Some providers avoid vasoconstrictors before vascular laser treatments for that reason. Don’t trust these people! Then the owners wife never even returned my message and I pay ahead!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Conrad’s office!! I was beyond nervous even thinking I was going to get a breast lift/breast augmentation. And the office staff was nothing but nice, supportive, and helpful. Big shout out to my nurse Ashley! She was such a delightful every single time and so knowledgeable!! I felt so comfortable and completely happy every single interaction! I would 1000% recommend this office any single day of the week!
