I absolutely hate going to the dentist and always have. I have been going to Dr. Koepsel for 3 years and could not see myself changing dentists. Roxie and Tiffany are great along with the services every time I go. I take my kids as well and love the friendly smiles every time I visit! Best dentist around!

Dr.Koepsel is a great dentist, very personable, Joyce is so helpful, and very pleasant lady, she will help with all your billing needs. I can not express enough how genuine and nice all the staff are to their patients . Especially dr. Keopsel he is best dentist I have ever met . I was searching for a dentist to do my Invisalign treatment for 2 years and as soon as I walked into East Wichita dentist and met dr Keopsel I instantly felt taken care of and felt like they genuinely cared about my process to a perfect smile . Dr Keopsel and his staff have not only made my self confidence in myself higher but I genuinely feel like they won’t stop until you feel like everything is absolutely perfect. I highly recommend!!!

I am super upset about the way the office handle my claim. I have Metlife Dental insurance, the dental office decided not to renew their contract with Metlife for 2023. I go to the appointment set up and I was never informed they are out of network now for 2023. The dental office was in network when we went prior years, but failed to inform of the change this year and now they want to stuck a hefty bill to us for a cleaning. We pay monthly insurance payments that cover at no extra cost cleanings twice per year, now we have a bill that was not expected. It is just so not business like or polite to trick customers/patients to that!.

Wow!! The best teeth cleaning I've had in my whole life. Michelle was amazing. So grand, I didn't want to drink or eat anything the rest of the day. From being greeted when I walked in the front door, to actually meeting Dr. Koepsel, I knew this was the place for my husband and I. Great customer service, very clean and very professional. #10stars
