The people here are amazing but today was a horrible experience. The lady who did my 10 am cleaning on 10/22 was super rough and didn't seem to know what she was doing. I super scared the whole time. It felt like she was getting annoyed at the fact that i could really open my mouth wide due to post op wisdom tooth removal so she started spotting around with my cleaning. She kept jamming the suction tube into my gums and extraction holes to the point where i was tasting blood in my mouth. Although she was nice and tried to have a real conversation with me which i do appreciate.

Very horrible service went for a tooth extractions had to keep numbing me, took a hour to remove tooth, gave stitches came out the same day in excruciating pain and discomfort went back in got more stitches due to bone and nerves being exposed again stitches came out same day called and he had his staff tell me to go to a oral surgeon to be re- stiched! Didn’t even give me a referral only a list of oral surgeons had to find my own then call him to get a referral! Never again not to mention he kept dropping the stuttering needle inside my mouth

I had a great experience at Smile Craft. I was impressed with how well they handled my numbing process. I didn’t feel a thing during my treatment, which made the entire experience so much more comfortable. They made sure I felt relaxed and explained everything as they went, which I really appreciated.

I've been coming to this dentist since I was a small child and never had a bad experience. The workers are kind and patient and I most definitely recommend coming here!

This is a nice clinic. They don’t spend on unnecessary real estate. Building is quite humble but when you go inside, very clean and professional. The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The doctor does not shame you over your teeth, he is objective and that makes you feel like you are a welcomed guest. Pricing is also pretty reasonable I’d say, a cleaning for $150 is the best deal in Wichita. My first impression is that this business is run efficiently and they aren’t trying to put me in the grave financially to get my teeth into good shape. Also the assistant is kinda cute and has good bedside manner. All in all I’d say they are the best between quality, personality, and price. Definitely recommend.
