Precision Dental West

I recently completed some dental treatments at Precision Dental West including a cleaning, a crown, and an extraction and I just wanted to take this opportunity to praise Dr. John Torres and the rest of the staff for the excellent service I received. Dr. Torres, Alexis and Courtnee all displayed such compassion and professionalism putting me completely at ease. A special thanks to Angela at the front desk who was warm and welcoming and incredibly helpful in addressing my insurance concerns. My experience shows that the Precision Dental team genuinely care about their patients. Their five-star ratings here on Google are well deserved - and I’m quite happy to add mine to the list.

I’m a new patient. I had a bridge fall out that was done by another dentist. I called on a Thursday around 4:30 PM about some urgent dental care needed and they were able to schedule me the following morning! Dr. Detmer and the hygienist Mary were so kind and professional, I could not recommend this office enough. I have scheduled a subsequent cleaning with them and can confidently say I’ve found my new dentist. Thanks so much!

Dr. Detmer was incredible! The whole staff was warm and welcoming. I hated my previous dentist, and when I had an emergency tooth issue I called to schedule here so I could get in same day. I don’t have insurance and they were up front with costs before I even scheduled and once I did it was the exact price I was told. I was in severe pain and they gave me some good advice and a lot of empathy. I’ve never been so happy to be at a dentist. They gave me the best advice for a treatment plan and worked within my budget to decide which option was the best and most cost effective for me. I can’t recommend this place enough! The whole staff goes above and beyond. 10/10 is all I have to say!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about the staff at Precision Dental West! I was a first time patient with a dental emergency, and they were able to get me in right away. Angela made it so easy to set my appointment up, and the check in process was quick and easy. The entire staff was so friendly, kind and compassionate. Angela, Courtney and Dr. Detmer are simply the best, and you can tell they actually do care about their patients. That's a rarity. Precision Dental West is now my go to place for all of my dental needs. Thank you for putting me at ease and for being so kind, caring and compassionate. If I could give ten stars I would!
