Wichita Family Dental - West

I am new to Wichita and have only ever had one other dentist my entire life. I was hesitant but loved this place! It was clean, professional, and the place itself was very nice. Lauren was so sweet and seemed like an old friend! Definitely recommend and will be back!

Went in as a new patient and was greeted by such a beautiful smile that just brightened up the whole place from ms. Sierra and made the whole experience so welcoming and then had Courtney taking care of she was kind and respectful and didn’t try to force my gums to bleed like military dentist do I definitely recommend them for dental needs!

Wonderful experience! Kathy is so nice and professional. Lexi is a star too. Mike is the unsung hero lurking in the shadows. Nikki wraps it all up in a bow. Great team! 5/5

Will never return. Having their estimate in hand revealed how much lying these people really do. And not just on paper, straight to your face. Over priced to begin with but to lie to me over 25$, i will never let them over charge me or my insurance again. Keep in mind, this was not my first visit. My wife, kids, all of us have been going there for a few years now. (Not any more) And no matter how many of their employees write up a glowing review, it won't change the fact that they will do whatever they can to squeeze you and your insurance, and then lie about it.

10/10 would not recommend. Sat in the chair for 40 minutes waiting for them to do a cleaning, which she came in and said couldn’t do anymore because there was a patient scheduled after me and there was no time. I literally came in for a cleaning and to get my wisdom tooth pulled to which she asked how it was feeling and obvs it’s not feeling good. Then said they could reschedule me. Why? I literally sat in the chair waiting for 40+ minutes not to have either thing i came in for done…
