Riverside Dental

I recently became a patient at Riverside Dental, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience. 45 years of my life and I never had a cavity and was always told I had strong, healthy teeth. Unfortunately, due to health issues and medications related, I developed sensitive tooth syndrome. For anyone who hasn’t experienced it, the sharp, sudden pain from hot, cold, or even a rush of cold air can be overwhelming. I needed a crown, and it had to be done without the root canal my previous dentist had recommended. The experience was, shall we say, less than ideal, prompting me to find a new dental practice. Walking into a new dentist with these concerns was intimidating, but Riverside Dental made me feel cared for from the moment I arrived. Their staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and truly goes above and beyond for their patients. It’s clear they love what they do—and who they do it for. A huge thank you to my new dental hygienist, and Dr. Neuman for making my visit nothing short of amazing. They took the time to explain everything, made me feel comfortable, and treated me with real compassion and expertise. I would recommend Riverside Dental to anyone looking for exceptional dental care. They’ve earned my trust, and I’m grateful to have found them.

I definitely recommend Riverside Dental. The assistants are so so sweet. Dr. Rupp did amazing work. Rachel the Hygienist was the literal best! She was in her zone probably one of the best hygienist I have met. I can’t wait for my next cleaning. Not to mention they have a member program which I think is a good deal. Check them out.

Tooth removal is never an enjoyable experience. Having 2 teeth removed is awful. Dr. Neuman did a great job with my removal. He was patient and considerate to my pain level and needs. The only problem I had was the prescription for my pain med Norco, was not placed at my pharmacy. And it was after office hours when I found out. And being on a Friday, that meant I went the whole weekend with Tylenol and advil. Other than that, I would have given a 5 ⭐️ review. The doctor and the staff were very nice and easy to work with.

Now I see why the rating here is so high. The whole office is filled with such a lovely staff. It made for a very pleasant experience for me. The dental hygienist was a GEM. It was virtually pain free which I don’t really have at the dentist often. I feel like they actually care the explain your options and work with what’s best for you all around. Definitely 10/10. Loved it here.

Horrible experience, I received a phone call and answered saying I would call right back when the lady said she did not care if I was busy and hung up. When I called back she told me I had an outstanding balance and needed to pay immediately. When I informed her I was at Church she said she did not care. I asked to speak to a manager and she laughed and said oh sure and put me on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back and asked for a manager and Nancy told me that her workers experience rude customers all day and they are told to treat them in whatever way gets them to pay their bill. Well my $ 9.47 is covered and I will not be coming back.
