Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! Very well run, beautiful office. Most important, everyone is incredibly competent and incredibly nice. Often it’s one or the other. Dr. Consadine treats my difficult case. Dr Healy treats my husband. They are knowledgeable and lovely people. Marie at desk and Mona, a PA?, are both so friendly and helpful. Wish I knew everyone’s name. Cannot praise this practice highly enough. They are helping me recover from a clumsy cataract surgery in another state. Would give 10 stars if possible!

Thanks to you Dr. Considine, because of your high-level of expertise my right eyesight is now 20/20 vision while the eye pressure is also now normal! I am so looking forward to the continued care of my left eye for cataract removal with lens implant. As a new family to the area, we were hoping to find an eye care practice that could support all four of us. Unfortunately, based on our experiences, we will not be returning. Our first visit (for two family members) lasted nearly three hours, including more than an hour in the waiting room and additional delays once we were taken back. The doctor appeared to be moving between multiple patients at once, and the schedule seemed significantly overbooked, which made the entire appointment feel stressful and disorganized. I later returned for a follow‑up appointment and waited long enough to watch the lobby completely empty before approaching the desk to explain that I had limited time. I had already been waiting for an hour without any update. My husband and daughter then had their appointments, which again took close to two hours combined. Afterward, several messages we sent went unanswered, and we still have not received return calls or texts. My husband ultimately had to drive to the office in person to obtain information that could have easily been emailed if our messages had been returned. While the staff themselves are pleasant, the excessive wait times, lack of communication, and difficulty reaching anyone make it impossible for us to recommend this practice. Patients should not have to set aside an entire day for what should be a routine visit, nor should they struggle to receive basic follow‑up information.

Wonderful new patient experience. From the moment I walked in, Marie was friendly and welcoming. I don't remember the last time someone welcomed me as a new patient. She willingly walked me through the paperwork and explained what I needed to sign. She set the tone for the whole office, and it was great. I waited about 2 minutes before being called to the back. Everyone was professional and friendly. Dr. Long also welcomed me with a smile. She explained every test result and patiently listened to my questions and concerns. Overall, my visit was a 10 out of 10. Thank you, Eye Consultants, you're stuck with me!

Dr. Considine the best.A week ago I had cataract surgery, he was very patient and informative with me leading up to cataract surgery. It was everything he explained to me. Feels like a miracle, he assured me my sight would be 20/20 right after surgery. I have been referring a lot of people. Can't wait until two weeks to have the other eye done.. l feel blessed to have been referred to Dr.Considine.
