Omega Project PT

I've had two excellent experiences at Omega Project PT. Michelle Smith (at Dupont Country Club location) literally saved me from some intense pinched nerve pain! I was in awful shape and after months of searching, Michelle was the only person to make a real difference. She's a master of myofascial release, plus very intuitive & friendly. I'll keep seeing her until stress is my only symptom, and then keep seeing her after that! Dr. Kaitlin Richetti is also wonderful! She was able to pinpoint exactly how my body is off kilter & thoughtfully choose some exercises that have really made a difference. (Btw, I'm only an athlete if dog walking is a sport, so don't hesitate to ask these folks for help no matter your activity level.)

My experience w Omega Project PT was great! I was an assistant trainer and chiropractic consultant in the NFL for 10 years. I'm familiar with excellent care. They helped me get thru a three day golf tournament with a shoulder strain. It was most definitely excellent care!

I was scheduled to run the Boston Marathon for my first time this year on April 21st. Training was going phenomenal! In my peak week of training in March I developed an Achilles issue and an issue with my right foot going numb when putting impact on it. I wasn’t able to do any impact exercises and lost confidence very quickly. I was in that depressed injured stage we get into when this happens. Sucky feeling for sure! I tried to take a few days off then run again and struggled to run for 3 miles which was choppy with lots of stopping. I seriously started working on acceptance with not being able to run my first Boston with a great training block behind me. Years ago Omega helped me so I reached out to them with some hope to possibly get well enough to just at least run my first Boston. With the help of Kyle and Doug they quickly got me in and worked on me. Thank God! I was given stretches and strength exercises to do to start to recover! I took all they said very seriously. I am very grateful to say that through surrendering to and following their plans I was able to run my first Boston Marathon with a 3:12:19 time! I thank you so very much Omega for helping me and my family to enjoy this beautiful experience! My favorite marathon ever! Omega stepped up and responded to me quickly to try and save the marathon! They care and want to get you back out there even if it’s them being inconvenienced themselves! Omega is in the business “Saving Marathons” They sure saved mine! Thank you Omega!

I'm a senior citizen. Recently, I had trouble with my hip and knee. I saw the ortho twice and went to PT in another town several times. Through all of those appointments, no one looked at or touched my back or leg! My daughter made me an appointment with Neely. I came feeling optimistic, energized and with low pain! The TECAR seemed to "reset" some of my muscles and I'm now walking smoothly. I had resigned myself that this limited mobility was going to be my new normal and now I feel like I have a new lease on life! I'm so grateful!

The Omega Project has been an amazing experience helping me recover from running and sports injuries. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who wants to feel better and fix any imbalances in their body.
